NSUMC’s Missions Committee is responsible for facilitating discipleship opportunities outside the confines of the church walls. The committee connects members with both individual and group mission opportunities and encourages the participation in a service oriented life. It also plans and leads mission teams outside the Phoenix metro area.
Monthly, members of NSUMC are active at Wesley United Methodist Mission in South Phoenix, United Methodist Outreach Ministries (UMOM) on East Van Buren in Phoenix, and numerous Food Banks in the Valley of the Sun.
We encourage everyone to identify their gifts and passions and become involved in taking Christ’s gospel to the word through whatever way they can serve.
