Lent is the forty-day period of time leading up to the Easter holiday, and is an opportunity for us to reflect on the brokenness in our lives, as well as the redemptive hope that God continues to call us towards. Our Ash Wednesday service is an invitation to prepare as our spiritual journeys take us down the road to Easter. If you have been looking for a practice that helps build or focus your spirituality, this might be a powerful, honest way to be led closer to the heart of God. |
